Vendor Guidelines

Direct Deposit Payments

We exclusively use Direct Deposit to ensure timely payments for your work.

Insurance Requirements

All vendors must carry a General Liability Insurance Policy with a minimum coverage of $300,000.

Professional References

We require two professional references from all prospective vendors to maintain our high standards.

Payment Schedule

Payments are processed on the 10th of each month or the next business day.

  • W-9 Form
  • Direct Deposit Authorization Form
  • Certificate of General Liability Insurance (sent directly from your insurance agent)
