Online tenant portal, automated reminders, and multiple payment options. Rent due the 1st, late after the 4th. Owner disbursements by the 10th via ACH direct deposit.

24/7 emergency hotline, in-house maintenance team through our sister company Dallas Plumber.com, and a vetted network of licensed contractors for fast, affordable repairs.

Financial Reporting

Monthly detailed statements, year-end 1099s, and real-time access through your secure owner portal. Track income, expenses, and work orders with full invoice documentation.

When do property owners receive rent payments?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month and considered late after the 4th day. We disburse owner payments by the 10th of each month via ACH direct deposit. 96% of our tenants pay rent online through the tenant portal.
