Pet Policy
Most of our properties allow pets, subject to the following requirements. All pets must be registered at dfwpropertymanagement.petscreening.com.

| Spayed/Neutered | Required |
| Vaccinations | Current (rabies, distemper, parvo, bordetella for dogs; FVRCP for cats) |
| City Registration | Required where applicable |
| Pet Fee | $400 per pet (non-refundable, at lease signing) |
| Monthly Pet Rent | $30 per pet |
| Cats | Indoor only; declawed may be required at some properties |

The following breeds are not permitted:

We reserve the right to deny any animal, regardless of breed, if it demonstrates aggressive behavior or poses a safety risk.
Prohibited Animals
Snakes, reptiles, spiders, ferrets, rabbits, birds, livestock, and other exotic animals are not permitted.
Fish Tanks
Fish tanks up to 20 gallons are allowed. Renter's insurance covering water damage is required. No pet fees apply.
Service Animals & Emotional Support Animals
Service animals and ESAs are exempt from pet fees, breed restrictions, and pet rent. Verification through petscreening.com is required.
